After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped inside of California. San Francisco sales tax is 8.75%. There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of California.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Some products might be shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
Shipping Information
Please make sure that shipping addresses match with Google Earth as it is crucial for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. We will not available to do a reshipment if you put an incorrect address.

International Speed
Please note that for International orders will take a little bit more time due the shipment policity & process of each country.
Also all the international orders are sent & charged with tracking information because is highly recommended for international orders since sometimes they get held at parcels.
Customs Fees
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Reshipment Terms
Reshipment is available in case order lost in transit or never arrives at your home.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted - email us - within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
